| 10:00 AM | Food bank cleanup begins |
| 10:00 AM | All volunteers on site and in place |
| 10:30 AM | Open registration begins |
| 11:00 AM | Praise Fest opening prayer and ceremonies |
| 11:05 AM | Health Fair begins |
| 2:00 PM | Closing ceremonies and prayer |
